Engineering Reflection
I’d implement a more granular role system earlier (moderators, ambassadors, members) to support community led growth. The virtual economy (drinks/coins) needed better anti-spam measures from day one. For scaling, I’d consider splitting Firebase into microservices sooner to handle club-specific customizations.
